Why is First National Bank changing the look and feel of FNB Web Banking™?
Our new look and feel will provide you with a more efficient navigation and visual fluidity. The main change is the look and navigation – all the functionality you know and use is still available. Improvements you’ll notice:
- New Menu Structure
- New Grouped Account Listings
- New Bill Pay Options
- New Balance Alert capabilities
Will my current User Name and Password change?
No. Your log in information will remain the same.
Will my Bill Payment information be affected by the upgrade?
No. Your current payee information will carry over. Only the look and feel of the page will change.
Is the Online Agreement or Privacy Statement still available to review?
Yes, the Online Agreement and Privacy Statement are still online and available. Click the "Info" link that’s located at the top right of each page and then select the document you would like to review.
How do I view "Current Day" activity for an account?
The option to view "Current Day" transactions is now an option included in the drop down selector next to each account.
How do I search for a Transaction?
The "Search" function is now part of the sub menu under transaction listing.
- Select the desired account from the account listing
- Select the search option from the sub menu and fill in any necessary filtering information
How do I view Stop Payments or create a new one?
Stop Payments are now broken down on two screens. Click "New" if you would like to create one or select "Current" if you would like to review pending or stop payments created in the past.
How do I view Transfers or make a new one?
Transfers are now broken up into three separate screens.
While viewing an account you can:
- Create a new Transfer by clicking Transfers and selecting "New"
- View pending transfers or use an existing template by clicking Transfers and selecting "Pending"
- View history by clicking Transfers and selecting "History"
How do I change an Account Display Name or Change the order they are displayed?
Changing Account display names or the order they are listed on the Account Listing page is still done under "Options" and "Accounts".
In order to change the display name for an account, first select which type of accounts to view from the drop down box and then fill in the desired display name next to each account(s). Click "Submit" when you’re finished to save the changes.

How do I download Cash Management Data?
This item is now available under the "Cash Management" menu item by selecting "Reporting" and then selecting "Position"
How I do I check file status?

- "Batch List" is now named "ACH Category List".
- "Quick Initiate" is now named "Initiate Selected".
- History menu is now named "Activity" menu.
