Our drive-thru opens from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday. The lobby is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and Closed on Saturday.

I made
a deposit yesterday and my money is not available yet, why?
The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your
deposit. Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays and federal
holidays. If you make a deposit before your branch cut-off time on a business
day, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However
, if you make a deposit after your branch cut-off time or on a day we
are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business
day we are open. The length on delay varies depending on the type of deposit.
What is
Bank by Phone?
Bank by Phone is your 24-hour access to your account information via your
telephone. Get account information, transfer funds, make loan payments
along with investment and deposit rate calculations.
Is there
a fee if I get a balance from a Customer Service Representative?
Yes, there is a $5.00 account inquiry fee. Bank by Phone, FNB Web Banking®, and My Mobi (certain fees may apply)
are available free of charge.
How do
I close my account?
Customers need to come in person to close out their account. If customers
are
out-of-town, they can mail a written request to close their account.
I inquired
about my account on Bank by Phone and there are pending transactions,
are these transactions already deducted from the balance that I was given?
Yes, any pending transaction is already deducted from the current available
balance.
What do
I need to open an account with your bank?
The amount of the initial deposit varies by account type. Otherwise, you will need a valid ID and a social security card to open an account. Please refer to our Personal Checking page for more information on account options.
Is there
a charge for using the Debit Card?
There is no set up or monthly fee.
How long does it take
for me to receive my order of checks?
It takes up to 10 business days after the order has been placed.
What is
the price on check orders?
The price of check orders varies depending on the style of checks ordered. Please see a branch for details.
How long
does it take for a loan to be approved?
A loan approval can take up to three business days.
What are my Overdraft Options?
To help you avoid the cost of an overdraft charge, you can protect your account by using the funds in your savings account.
You can also apply for Demand Deposit Loan. Demand Deposit Loan is a line of credit that you can attach to your checking account. Upon credit approval, it acts as a line of credit that you can use for personal or emergency situations.

Can you fax me
a copy of my statement?
Normally, for security purposes we do not fax any statements. The only
time we will fax a statement is when Bank by Phone is unavailable. In
order to fax the statement you will have to fax a written request.
How can I
get a copy of a check?
Customers can view or print a copy of a check by accessing FNB Web Banking®
or stopping by any of our branches.
I received
my debit card but no PIN, how can I get it?
Bring the debit card with a picture ID into the bank and a New Account
Representative will help you.
I received
my debit card and I was not able to activate it? How can I activate the
debit card if I am getting a blocked message?
Just bring the debit card and a picture ID and a New Account Representative
will guide you in activating the debit card.
Can I get
a cash advance at FNB?
Yes, credit card cash advances are available at select FNB locations only. Please visit the information page, for complete details.
Where can I
inquire about the current Certificate of Deposit rates?
You may contact Customer Service or your nearest branch for rates.
I do not remember
my FNB Web Banking® password to log in, what can I do?
You will need to fill out a FNB Web Banking® problem form with any of our
New Account Representatives.

I view my account statement on-FNB Web Banking®?
