What time does your lobby and drive-thru open?
Our drive-thru opens from 7:30 am- 6:00 pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 am- 1:00 pm. The lobby is open from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am - 12:00. Our McAllen S. 10th and Trenton location are open until 3:00 on Saturday and Sundays from 12:00 - 3:00.

What is the payment order of items (checks)?
When processing items drawn on your account, our policy is to pay them according to the dollar amount. We pay the largest items first. The order in which items are paid is important if there is not enough money in your account to pay all of the items that are presented.

Why do larger checks get paid first?
Our payment policy will cause your largest, and perhaps more important, items to be paid first (such as your rent or mortgage payment).

I made a deposit yesterday and my money is not available yet, why?
The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before your branch cut-off time on a business day, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However , if you make a deposit after your branch cut-off time or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. The length on delay varies depending on the type of deposit.

What is Bank by Phone?
Bank by Phone is your 24-hour access to your account information via your telephone. Get account information, transfer funds, make loan payments along with investment and deposit rate calculations.

Is there a fee if I get a balance from a Customer Service Representative?
Yes, there is a $5.00 account inquiry fee. Bank by Phone and FNB Web Banking are available free of charge.

How do I close my account?
Customers need to come in person to close out their account. If customers are
out-of-town, they can mail a written request to close their account.

I inquired about my account on Bank by Phone and there are pending transactions, are these transactions already deducted from the balance that I was given?
Yes, any pending transaction is already deducted from the current available balance.

What do I need to open an account with your bank?
$100.00 initial deposit, valid ID, and social security card is required.

Is there a charge for using the Debit Card?
There is a $3.00 initial set up fee and a $1.00 monthly maintenance fee.

How long does it take for me to receive my order of checks?
It takes up to 10 business days after the order has been placed.

What is the price on check orders?
The price of check orders ranges from $15.00 to $24.00 depending on the style of checks ordered.

How long does it take for a loan to be approved?
A loan approval can take up to three business days.

What are my Overdraft Options?
To help you avoid the cost of an overdraft charge, you can protect your account by using the funds in your savings account.

You can also apply for Express Cash. Express Cash is a line of credit that you can attach to your checking account. Upon credit approval, it acts as a line of credit that you can use for personal or emergency situations.

Can you fax me a copy of my statement?
Normally, for security purposes we do not fax any statements. The only time we will fax a statement is when Bank by Phone is unavailable. In order to fax the statement you will have to fax a written request.

How can I get a copy of a check?
Customers can view or print a copy of a check by accessing FNB Web BankingTM or stopping by any of our branches.

I received my debit card but no PIN, how can I get it?
Bring the debit card with a picture ID into the bank and a New Account Representative will help you.

I received my debit card and I was not able to activate it? How can I activate the debit card if I am getting a blocked message?
Just bring the debit card and a picture ID and a New Account Representative will guide you in activating the debit card.

Can I get a cash advance at FNB?
FNB does not process any cash advances from credit cards.

Where can I inquiry about the current Certificate of Deposit rates?
You may contact Customer Service or your nearest branch for rates.

I do not remember my FNB Web BankingTM password to log in, what can I do?
You will need to fill out a FNB Web BankingTM problem form with any of our New Account Representatives.

How can I view my account statement on-FNB Web BankingTM?
Click on the FNB Web BankingTM Option and follow the instructions.

Is there a fee for using you FNB Web BankingTM?
No, it is free of charge

How can I get a copy of a check through FNB Web BankingTM?
Once in transactions, click on the check number and the image of the check will appear.

Can I open an account online?
At the present time, we do not offer this service.

How can I retrieve a previous account statement through FNB Web BankingTM?
You can retrieve a current or previous statement on FNB Web BankingTM by clicking on the Previous Statement and Current Statement buttons on the Transaction page.

Does FNB offer Online Bill Pay?
Yes, it is Free to all Personal Account customers.
