We are excited to introduce My Statement Offers! A new free feature available via FNB Web Banking, My Statement Offers presents you with money-saving opportunities directly from within your online banking session.
How does it work?
My Statement Offers analyzes previous and current transactions that you make through your FNB Web Banking account and based on that behavior, My Statement Offers provides you with various money-saving vendor offers tailored just for you.
What type of offers will I receive?
The types of offers you might receive will be:
- Purchase offers- This type will typically provide discounts at major retailers such as department stores, restaurants etc.
- Bill reducing recommendations- This feature provides money-saving recommendations for important monthly expenses such as cell phone, TV cable services and more.
Where can I see my offers?
Login to your web banking account and simply choose the account you would like to view transactions for. Within the transaction listing page, there will be a link at the bottom of the page that will show you your offers.
Is my information secure?
Yes, My Statement Offers is a feature within your online banking account. Therefore, it follows the same 100% security and encryption measures we have in place for protecting your information when accessing your FNB account online.
