Duties: Manages loan portfolio ensuring quality service and compliance with all loan policies and regulations; Assists customers with other bank services and cross sells bank products; Develops new business and

Loan Assistant
Location: Mission, Mercedes, Laredo-McPherson
Duties: Assists customers with loan applications and closings; Ensures that all necessary documentation is received and processed; Assists lenders with administrative support; Assists customers with related banking services; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Knowledge of loan procedures and terminology is preferred; Customer orientation with the ability to speak and understand Spanish; PC proficiency with attention to detail.
Real Estate Review
Location: Edinburg-Loan Administration
Duties: Reviews real estate loan documentation; Prepares for funding; Prepares all final disclosures and flood reports; Uploads loans; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Knowledge of loan processing and real estate documentation; Able to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision; PC proficiency; Attention to detail; Team player.
Receptionist
Location: Mission
Duties: Greets customers and directs them to appropriate staff person; Answers phones and takes messages; Answers banking questions and cross sells services; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Customer orientation with the ability to speak and understand Spanish; PC proficiency; Team player.
New Accounts Supervisor
Location: Corpus Christi-McKenzie
Duties: Directs lobby and new account staff; Opens new accounts; Cross sells services; Business development as needed; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Knowledge of bank services and products preferred; Customer/Sales orientation with leadership ability; PC proficiency.
Courier
Location: Alamo Service Center
Duties: Transports inter office mail to branches; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Valid drivers license with good driving record; Capable of heavy lifting up to 50 pounds; Able to work with minimal supervision; Team player.
Teller Supervisor
Location: McAllen S 10th, Weslaco-1015
Duties: Directs teller staff in daily operations; Trains new tellers; Evaluates performance; Ensures quality service and regulatory compliance; Reports to management on departmental activities; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Working knowledge of teller operations; Strong communication and leadership skills; PC proficiency; Team player.
New Accounts Rep
Location: Alamo, Donna, San Antonio-Alamo Heights
Duties: Opens new accounts; Cross sells services; Sets up new accounts and check orders on system; Business development as needed; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Knowledge of bank services and products preferred; Customer/Sales orientation; Ability to speak and understand Spanish; PC proficiency.
Teller (full and part time available)
Location: Laredo-Village, Hidalgo, Donna, South, Mission, Weslaco-1015,
Mercedes, Houston-Mangum (part time) La Joya, Corpus Christi-Alameda & Saratoga, Alamo, Mission, Donna, Austin, Hidalgo, East, Mercedes (full time)
Duties: Cashes checks; Processes deposits and change orders; Balances cash drawer ensuring accuracy; Cross sells services; Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Working knowledge of cashier operations; Customer orientation; Attention to detail with number/math skills.
