Enrollment Process
Before the self-enrollment process can begin, please ensure you have the following information:
- An active First National Bank account
- A valid registered email address on file with us
If you do not have an active account and/or email address on file and you would like to continue with the self-enrollment process, please visit any of our convenient banking locations or contact customer service at 1 (877) 380-8573 for assistance.
Please note: The self-enrollment option is currently not available for Web Banking® for Business customers.
Self-Enrollment Guide
Please follow the steps below to successfully self enroll:
Step 1: Online Enrollment Agreement
Review and agree to the Online Enrollment Agreement.
Step 2: Verification
Next on the Verification Information screen, you will be asked to input your social security number (no dashes), account number, and your valid email address on file with us. Once this information has been entered, click the "Continue" button.
Step 3: Personal Information
Next, you will need to provide your personal information. Please complete the required fields (*). Fields not indicated with an asterisk are optional.
Step 4: Email Verification
Once you have provided your personal information you will be required to do “Email Verification”. Simply click the “Send Email Verification” button to proceed.

An “Email Verification” will be sent to your email address on file stating your account has been validated. To complete your enrollment process, please check your inbox and click the embedded link provided within the email message (or copy and paste the link in your browser) to continue the self-enrollment process.
Step 5: Confirmation
Next, you will be directed to our secure site where you will receive a confirmation screen. This screen will provide you with your new FNB Web Banking® ID and password (defaults to last four digits of SSN), which you will be prompted to change immediately. Please keep your ID and new password in a safe place. The FNB Web Banking ID is vital for accessing your account through FNB Web Banking®. You also have the option of changing your ID.
Step 6: Security Settings
As an added layer of security, you will be asked to complete a set of Challenge Questions and select a personal image icon. The security questions will be presented only when unusual or uncharacteristic activity is detected. Each time you login, your personal image icon will appear on the screen as part of the login verification process.
Step 7: Email Confirmation
Last, confirm the email address on file. This will allow you the ability to reset your password as needed and to receive Email Alerts
