My eDocs Enrollment Process

Before the self-enrollment process can begin, please ensure you have the following information:
  1. An active First National Bank account
  2. A valid registered email address on file with us
If you do not have an active account and/or email address on file and you would like to continue with the self-enrollment process, please visit any of our convenient banking locations or contact customer service at 1 (877) 380-8573 for assistance.

Please follow the steps below to successfully self enroll to electronic banking statements:

Step 1: Log in to your FNB Web Banking® account

Enter your FNB Web Banking® ID.

Enter your FNB Web Banking® password.

Step 2: Click on the My eDocs icon

Click on the My eDocs icon.

Step 3: Select your account(s)

Click on the Details link to display all active accounts.

Select which accounts you want to enroll to receive electronic statements.

Step 4: Add or update your email address

You may see your email address pre-filled in the text box. If the email address displayed is incorrect or you wish to provide a different email address, you can make that change in this step.

Step 5: Enter a Security Phrase

Next, you will be asked to enter a security phrase. This phrase will be displayed on all emails sent from FNB Web Banking®.

Step 6: Enter Enrollment Passcode

A passcode will be provided when you click on the link. Enter that passcode in the textbox.

Step 7: Agree to E-Sign Disclosure

To complete the enrollment process, you will need to agree to the terms of the disclosure shown below.

You have now successfully completed the enrollment process and are ready to receive electronic statements. You will receive a confirmation email with the following subject: FNB eDocs Enrollment Confirmation. For further assistance or questions, please contact our Customer Service at 1-877-380-8573.
