Whether you're about to embark on a vacation voyage or take an executive business trip, we want to ensure your First National Bank MasterCard® Debit Card or First National Bank Platinum Visa® Credit Card transactions process without a hitch. Here's what you'll need to do:
- Simply notify us at least one-day prior to your departure.
This will ensure that our fraud monitoring systems will not block or red flag purchases outside your normal transaction behavior.
Two convenient ways to notify us:
- Call Customer Service at 1-877-380-8573, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST.
- Visit your local branch and speak with a New Account Representative.
Have the following information ready to provide to us:
- Your Name(s)
- MasterCardŽ Debit Card number(s) or Platinum VisaŽ Credit Card number
- Destination and/or places of travel (city, state, country)
- Phone Number (in case we need to contact you during your travel)
Important Notice:
At times, we may block transactions from a specific state or country due to fraudulent activities.
As a precaution against possible fraudulent activity, currently we are blocking signature-based transactions in various states.
